We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives across a broad range of operational and commercial domains. This role is well suited to a confident BA who can work independently, engage effectively with stakeholders, and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable requirements and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as the sole Business Analyst resource on assigned projects, taking ownership of BA activities and deliverables.

• Engage with stakeholders to clarify business needs, influence outcomes, and translate ambiguity into well-defined requirements.

• Lead business analysis activities across the full project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, design, build, testing, change management, training, go-live support and hypercare.

• Develop and maintain high-quality BA artefacts, including process maps, requirements documentation, user stories, test support materials and business process documentation.

• Identify opportunities for process design, improvement and optimisation across business functions.

• Support delivery across both Agile and waterfall project environments.

About You

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with strong stakeholder engagement skills, broad business domain exposure and the confidence to operate independently in complex project environments. You will be comfortable working across both technology and business change initiatives and will bring a structured, pragmatic approach to analysis and delivery.

Skills and Experience

• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting platforms, ideally including TechnologyOne.

• Exposure to CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow and Power BI would be advantageous.

• Strong cross-domain experience across areas such as operations, commercial processes, finance, property, asset management and customer experience.

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end project outcomes and owning BA deliverables across the project lifecycle.

• Strong process design, process mapping and continuous improvement capability.

• Very strong understanding of Agile and waterfall project delivery approaches.

• Relevant certifications such as APMG AgileBA Practitioner or IIBA certification would be highly regarded.
