dARWIN, nt - 12-MONTH CONTRACTOur Darwin based Client is seeking a talented Change & Communication Analyst for an initial 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will deliver a range of change management, engagement, communication and training activities. This includes analysing and documenting change impacts, developing and facilitating workshops and briefings, and producing clear and targeted communication materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess change impacts (people, process, systems, data) and communicate implications to stakeholders.
Create and deliver targeted communications (key messages, newsletters, presentations, briefing packs) and maintain SharePoint as the source of truth.
Plan and deliver engagement activities (workshops, briefings) aligned to milestones, driving readiness and adoption.
Track and report communication/engagement effectiveness, risks and improvement opportunities, and support post-implementation adoption and benefits realisation.
Desirable Skills:
Tertiary qualifications in Communications, HR, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
Certification in a recognised change methodology (e.g. Prosci, Association of Change Management Professionals, Change Management Institute) or equivalent experience.
Experience working in geographically dispersed or government environments.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Solid experience as a Change and Communication Analyst or similar role.
Proven experience supporting change in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within large-scale digital transformation programs.
Strong experience developing and delivering communication strategies and materials across multiple channels.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
Experience managing digital communication platforms (e.g. SharePoint or intranet sites).
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Ability to apply change management principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g. Prosci).
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, with experience in design and content creation (e.g. SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe tools).
The role will contribute to engagement, training preparation, and business readiness activities to support stakeholder adoption and transition to business as usual. Strong partnerships with technical and business stakeholders will be maintained throughout the project, along with support for post implementation review and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements:
Be based on‑site in Darwin or have the ability to relocate to Darwin for the full contract term.
Have a current National Police Clearance (NPC) and Working with Children check, or be willing to obtain.
