We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead the payroll stream delivery of a major program. This role will oversee multiple interconnected workstreams, ensuring they are coordinated effectively and delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, the Project Manager will play a key role in driving the collective management and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple streams within the People & Pay phase.

• Develop and maintain project plans, delivery schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting.

• Work closely with business, payroll, HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment across all streams.

• Support governance, decision-making, and dependency management to keep delivery on track.

• Provide strong project leadership without direct line management responsibility.

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in SAP payroll transformation and large-scale project delivery, ideally within complex or government environments.

• Proven track record as an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager.

• Strong background in Payroll, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

• 7-10 years of experience delivering large SAP project management engagements.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams within a broader transformation program.

• Previous experience working in government or highly regulated environments.

• Willingness and ability to travel to Hobart on a regular basis.
