Perth, WA - CONTRACT Role with an immediate startWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support delivery of or clients SaaS migration.
The role will work closely with product owners, delivery teams, and vendors to enable effective agile delivery, support sprint execution, and remove impediments across information management, technical, change, and commercial workstreams.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex IT or SaaS delivery environments
Strong understanding of agile and Scrum frameworks and servant‑leadership practices
Experience working with cross‑functional delivery teams and external vendors
Ability to manage delivery pressure and dependencies in regulated or enterprise environments
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with enterprise platforms, information systems, or migration programmes highly regarded
The role will involve:
Facilitating sprint ceremonies including planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Supporting backlog refinement and prioritisation in collaboration with Product Owners
Removing delivery impediments and improving flow across multiple workstreams
Supporting coordination and internal delivery teams
Helping teams adopt and mature agile practices aligned to the operating model
Supporting delivery readiness and transition planning into BAU
Providing pragmatic delivery insights and status updates to delivery leads
